We are currently working closely with one of the world’s leading FMCG brands and one of the most prestigious contracts in the Display sector. As a result, TMS’s Global family is growing and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Procurement Executive to join our team in Gurgaon, India on a permanent basis.
As the Procurement Executive, you will support the Buying Drive Manager with administrative tasks needed to ensure the delivery to the client of the various Central Consolidated Buying projects that take place throughout the year. The position is based out of our SSC in India and will be working closely with the Buying Drive Manager in one of our global locations and you will have various internal and external stakeholders. This role is diverse, and your tasks will range from catalogue management to handling the complete PR to PO to Delivery cycle for the catalogue’s products.
This role would be great for you if you have previous experience in Job and Catalogue Management as the role will involve an extensive amount of administration through project management of jobs and excellent communication skills will be essential to be successful within this role. Having experience or an understanding of production practices in the manufacturing world and printing industry would be great for this position.
This role will involve using Microsoft excel and print managements applications/MS Projects or similar Microsoft BI on a day to day basis so a good working ability with these are important.
To qualify for the role, you must have
·MModerate Microsoft Office skills- in particular, Excel and print management applications. MS projects or similar Microsoft BI
·PPrior experience of Job and Catalogue Management
Have worked in any of these industries previously: Display, Print and Packaging, FMCG, Consumer deliverables or Pharma industries
